Speaker and advisory enquiries
When you submit the enquiry form, the site collects the details you choose to provide, typically your name, email address, organisation and message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where a booking or engagement follows, to manage that engagement. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence.
Email correspondence
If you email directly, your message and contact details are retained as ordinary business correspondence for as long as they remain relevant to the relationship.
Site usage and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are read and how visitors arrive. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. The site’s hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operational purposes. The legal basis is legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the site.
Cookies and embedded content
